Beginning Weight: 183.2lbs
Target Weight: 160lbs
Current Weight: 179.2lbs
So I’m in the midst of exams and not able to workout nearly as much as I would like. However, it hasn’t been too bad as I am now currently sitting at around 177.2Lbs, a loss of 6lbs so far. Hopefully I can reach my goal of 170lbs by New Years!
