After a minor hiatus from working out and eating healthy I am back. I hope everyone had an excellent holiday season and wish everyone the best of luck in the new year.
My Meals For Tomorrow:
Breakfast: 2 Slice of Turkey Bacon, Half Cup of Milk, and an Avocado
Snack 1: 22 Almonds, 1 Cup of V8 Low Sodium Juice
Lunch: 2 Slices of Whole Wheat bread with No Fat Ham, and Carrots
Snack 2: Cheese String, Tuna, Peppers and Salsa
Supper: Chicken Breast, Broccoli, and Half cup of Milk
Snack 3: Workout smoothie
Alright, so today I managed to hit 175lbs which feels pretty good so far.
Exams are almost done too, thankfully.
